HOW IT WORKS
Personal Training starts with an initial discussion of your training background, goals, barriers, nutrition and lifestyle.
You and your coach will create a plan that’s specific to you and your goals-and you’ll work together to unlock the results you want.
Personal Training sessions are scheduled at your convenience and take place in the Personal Training Studio at David's home.
How do I know that you are the right personal trainer for me?
It’s my priority that you find the right personal trainer. Following an initial consultation we will also have a trial workout session to make sure that our personalities are a fit and that you are happy. with my 'let's keep it casual for now' you are never tied into a contract and you can stop training whenever you like.
Where and when do personal training sessions take place?
Your personal training sessions take place in the Fitness Studio at my home in Saint-Cadou (29450 France) which is a bespoke personal training studio in the heart of Brittany. Training sessions take place at your convenience. The great thing about personal training is that it offers you a large amount of flexibility. As your personal trainer I work early mornings, late evenings and during the day.
What is the initial consultation about?
The initial consultation is an opportunity for me to understand where you are coming from and what you want to achieve. It’s a chance for you to tell me about your goals, your health, experiences with fitness, lifestyle and nutrition. The better I understand you, the more effective I can be for you. The consultation is also an opportunity for you to learn more about me and my personal training program.
How much does personal training cost?
An a-la-carte single personal training session costs £45. For optimal results, I generally recommend 2-3 sessions per week. In addition to your 60 minute training sessions, the price of a session give you access to your own online training platform through my app along with your nutritional guidance and solo workouts.
