Through better flexibility and mobility we can strengthen our bodies and learn to manage everyday stress through meditation and movement.
Through my Expert Pilates qualification and my Supple Strength diploma, I have created both my Pilates Fusion and Yoga Force training. Both of these concepts focus on strengthening the whole body with a connection to our breathing, balance and flexibility.
Pilates Fusion is an exciting concept combining a variety of training disciplines but with a heavy focus on classic Pilates exercises and breathing techniques. My Pilates fusion also combines elements of Yoga, TaiChi, toning and meditation.
My YOGA FORCE concept combines a flow based yoga routine with the addition of more strengthening elements during certain poses. As we strengthen through a series of flow sequences we will take time to connect with breathing and mind and also take time to meditate and relax which is an important part of the Yoga Force experience.
