I get a lot of questions about what Virtual Personal Training is, how it works and if it is the right choice. There no ‘one size fits all’ answer but I can explain everything you need to know about Virtual Fitness and Personal Training right here.

Virtual Personal Training sessions come in a wide variety of styles depending on the space and equipment that you have available and of course on your fitness & wellbeing goals and abilities.

As your personal trainer it is my job to put together your workouts and VPT sessions. As your trainer I will adapt exercises and workouts to fit the goals that we set together, to get you stronger, fitter, and healthier.

As a personal trainer, I specialise in delivering virtual fitness sessions that are tailored to your needs and goals. Your 60-minute workout can be focused on one discipline such as a cardio workout, muscular endurance, or Yoga workout or perhaps a fusion of several exercise styles.

As I have extensive experience as a Virtual Personal Trainer, I can adapt your workout depending on how much equipment you have available. This fitness equipment could include a simple exercise mat and a dining chair all the way to a fully equipped home studio gym.

How does Virtual Personal Training Work?

Whether you opt for Gold Membership (1 session), Platinum Membership (2 sessions), or Platinum Plus (3 sessions) Memberships, your Virtual Personal Training sessions are scheduled for the same day and time each week as a regular and recurring appointment.

Just like a ‘face-2-face’ Personal Training session, during a VPT session, I will work with you to correct technique where required and to give you the motivation and push that you will need to complete your workouts. From stretching, yoga and pilates to high impact hight intensity interval training, everything is possible, and we can have a lot of fun working together. It is important for me that you as my client enjoy your fitness & wellbeing experience with me, this should be a positive time.

Customer Satisfaction

I have never been with one of my private clients for less than three years. I believe that my clients choose to stay with me because my results are proven and with my holistic approach to fitness & wellbeing, you as a client get a lot for your money.

Technology

I use three video call platforms to conduct your Virtual Personal Training session which are Apple FaceTime, Skype or Zoom. These video call accounts are free for you as the client to download and use.

For the best experience you will need to have a space where I can see your feet and head at the same time whilst standing in front of your screen, be that on your laptop, tablet or smart T.V.

Some clients find that it is helpful to invest in a tripod and the appropriate bracket for their tablets and perhaps a ‘clip-on’ wide angle lens, however these are not necessary.

Pricing & Contracts

My memberships work just like a traditional health club membership but without the joining fees.

Memberships are billed monthly with regular memberships payments every month and memberships are renewed annually.

My Virtual Personal Training Membership prices are calculated based on the number of weekly sessions that are booked over a year (52 weeks). I then deduct your holiday, trainer holiday, absence and illness fudge factor which reduces the year to 40 weeks. These 40 weeks’ worth of VPT sessions is then divided by 12 months to give you your monthly membership process.
