No Equipment Needed

Being an online specialist personal trainer I am experienced in creating a workout using little or no equipment. However if you have your own weights, yoga mat etc your trainer can incorporate it into the session.

Be Motivated

Be motivated and supported, in each session. Learn proper form, technique and avoid injury or aggravating old injuries. Enjoy a fun and varied workout each week with Dave as your virtual personal trainer.

Nutritional Guidance

Nutrition is the foundation of health and wellbeing. Dave will talk to you about what nutritional guidance you may need and create a plan and recipes to suit your needs, all accessed through your online account and via the DTF Personal Training App.

Workout With your Online Personal Trainer

Virtual personal training is simply an online session with you and your personal trainer. Delivered to you at home (or anywhere) over the internet, using video conferencing tools like Zoom™, Facetime ™, or Skype™.

As your online personal trainer I will demonstrate, motivate and coach you through your workout, as I would in person – see personal training. In each virtual pt session, as your online trainer, Iwill ensure you get a great workout focusing on the 4 pillars of fitness.

When you purchase your trial session you will set up your credit card for the ongoing payments and you will be charged as you complete each session. Alternatively, we can set up a subscription or an end of month billing service.

To get started I recommend a Trial Session. In this session you will meet Dave, your online personal trainer, before making an ongoing commitment. Dave will review your medical screening form, complete a fitness assessment, help you set realistic goals and complete a mini workout to give you a taste of what is to come.

The fitness test helps to establish your current level of fitness. Tests carried out will include:

flexibility, aerobic capacity, muscular strength and endurance.

The assessment is the most important part of the trial session as the information gathered is used to design your program and workouts that Dave will take you through from week to week.

As your personal trainer it is my job to put together your workouts and VPT sessions. As your trainer I will adapt exercises and workouts to fit the goals that we set together, to get you stronger, fitter, and healthier.

As a personal trainer, I specialise in delivering virtual fitness sessions that are tailored to your needs and goals. Your 60-minute workout can be focused on one discipline such as a cardio workout, muscular endurance, or Yoga workout or perhaps a fusion of several exercise styles.

As I have extensive experience as a Virtual Personal Trainer, I can adapt your workout depending on how much equipment you have available. This fitness equipment could include a simple exercise mat and a dining chair all the way to a fully equipped home studio gym.

Customer Satisfaction

I have never been with one of my private clients for less than three years. I believe that my clients choose to stay with me because my results are proven and with my holistic approach to fitness & wellbeing, you as a client get a lot for your money.

Technology

I use three video call platforms to conduct your Virtual Personal Training session which are Apple FaceTime, Skype or Zoom. These video call accounts are free for you as the client to download and use.

For the best experience you will need to have a space where I can see your feet and head at the same time whilst standing in front of your screen, be that on your laptop, tablet or smart T.V.

Some clients find that it is helpful to invest in a tripod and the appropriate bracket for their tablets and perhaps a ‘clip-on’ wide angle lens, however these are not necessary.
