Pilates fusion is a blend of multiple disciplins that combines tradtitional pilates exercises, strength training, Swiss Ball exercises, stretching and Yoga poses.
This exciting blend creates Dave’s PILATES FUSION classes.
The benefits of tratitional Pilates will give you improved flexibility. increased muscle strength and tone, particularly in your core and abdominal muscles. Lower back, hips and your butt will get stronger and give you a more balanced muscular strength on both sides of your body. Intergrating strenght training, stability balls and yoga flow sequences will give you an enhanced muscular control of your back and limbs wtih this original workout.

Dave’s Pilates Fusion classes are part of an Association in Commana (29450 France), which is a non-profit organisation.
First Taster session is free and by appointment only. All equipment is provided for you to borrow for a taster session.
Fees are due in advance and are payable per trimester.
What will you need?
For the Fusion Pilates class you will need the following:
- A Full Sized fitness mat
- A Swiss Ball
- A set of light dumbbells such as 1kg, 1.5kg, 2kg or 3kg
